By checking the box labeled \u201cI have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions,\u201d you acknowledge that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Purpose of AssistMyHome<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AssistMyHome is a nonprofit initiative that conducts and administers charitable fundraising activities in support of qualified individuals and families seeking to achieve stable housing through collective financial contributions. We do not offer, sell, or guarantee homes, housing placements, or financial grants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our services include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Reviewing<\/strong> <strong>applications<\/strong> submitted by individuals\/families.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Selecting<\/strong> eligible participants (\u201cbeneficiaries\u201d) to participate in charitable housing assistance campaigns administered by AssistMyHome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Publishing<\/strong> approved beneficiary information for charitable awareness and fundraising purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Administering and <strong>disbursing<\/strong> charitable funds in accordance with organizational policies and mission-aligned purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Eligibility and Application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By applying to AssistMyHome, you certify that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">All information provided in your application and any future correspondence is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">You are 18 years of age or older.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">You reside in the United States and are legally able to participate in a charitable program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to disqualify any application that contains false, misleading, or incomplete information, or that violates these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Consent to Publication and Public Disclosure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If selected as a beneficiary, you authorize AssistMyHome to use, publish, and disclose your profile \u2014 including your name, likeness, photograph, biographical details, and general story \u2014 for the sole purpose of attracting charitable contributions and supporting charitable housing-related fundraising activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may request an anonymous profile or limit public details during the consent process. However, you understand and accept that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Anonymous profiles may reduce donor engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Even with limited information, your participation may be discoverable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Once published online, complete privacy cannot be guaranteed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. No Guarantee of Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selection as a beneficiary to participate in charitable housing assistance fundraising activities administered by AssistMyHome does not constitute a guarantee of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Any amount of donations or financial support;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Receipt of funds sufficient for home purchase or rental;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Homeownership, housing placement, or legal housing rights;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Approval for credit, loans, or other third-party financing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundraising outcomes depend solely on donor participation. You agree that AssistMyHome is not liable if contributions are insufficient to meet your housing needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, due to the volume of applications received, only a limited number of individuals or families will be selected for public fundraising each cycle. Submission of an application does not guarantee consideration and selection to feature on website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Use of Funds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donations made through Housing Assistance Campaigns supporting individuals or families are subject to a Operational Support Fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AssistMyHome applies a small <strong>Operational Support Fee<\/strong> to donations made to <strong>Housing Assistance Campaigns<\/strong> in order to sustain the infrastructure, verification process, and services required to operate the program. This fee is deducted only after third-party processing fees are applied:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">For donations\/Contributions under $25 \u2013 a flat <strong>$1 Operational Support Fee applies.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">For donations\/Contributions of $25 or more a <strong>3.5% Operational Support Fee applies.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These fees are allocated to AssistMyHome\u2019s general operational fund to help cover core costs necessary to run and grow the organization and its charitable programs and fulfill its mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All donations received by AssistMyHome are charitable contributions subject to AssistMyHome&#8217;s exclusive discretion and mission-aligned use. Beneficiaries understand and agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Donated funds will <strong>not<\/strong> be distributed directly to them in the form of cash, checks, or personal transfers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Funds will be <strong>paid directly<\/strong> to third-party entities such as:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Verified real estate sellers (individuals or institutions),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Escrow companies or title agencies,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Mortgage lenders or financial institutions involved in the home purchase transaction, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Other approved vendors directly related to the approved housing goal (e.g., closing costs, necessary fees).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AssistMyHome reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Verify all documentation related to the intended purchase,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Require submission of valid purchase agreements or housing contracts,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Decline disbursement if terms are not aligned with the mission, or if the transaction appears illegitimate, inflated, or high-risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Under no circumstances<\/strong> shall any beneficiary be entitled to unrestricted access to the funds, or to use them for unrelated or personal purposes.<br>All funds are maintained and administered by AssistMyHome exclusively for charitable and mission-aligned purposes, and may be redirected if not used within a reasonable timeframe or if conditions are unmet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fundraising Cap and Use of Excess Funds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AssistMyHome administers charitable fundraising activities and charitable housing assistance programs in accordance with its mission and organizational policies. All funds received through Housing Assistance Campaigns are received, controlled, administered, and disbursed by AssistMyHome for charitable purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each <strong>\u06a9\u0645\u067e\u0627\u06cc\u0646 \u06a9\u0645\u06a9 \u0647\u0627\u06cc \u0645\u0633\u06a9\u0646<\/strong> is subject to a funding cap determined and approved by AssistMyHome. Once the cap amount is reached, any additional funds raised will be reallocated to other verified and eligible applicants at the organization\u2019s discretion. Selected beneficiaries are not entitled to claim or receive funds exceeding their approved campaign cap. All fund disbursements are made under the supervision and authorization of AssistMyHome\u2019s board to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with charitable guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fund our mission Section<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donations made through the \u201c<strong>\u062d\u0645\u0627\u06cc\u062a \u0627\u0632 \u0645\u0627\u0645\u0648\u0631\u06cc\u062a \u0645\u0627<\/strong>\u201d section are designated <strong>directly<\/strong> to AssistMyHome\u2019s <strong>operations <\/strong>and are not subject to any additional support fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Non-Refundable and Charitable Nature of Donations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You acknowledge that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Contributions received by AssistMyHome are <strong>charitable gifts<\/strong> under IRS guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">All funds raised are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> except as expressly provided under AssistMyHome\u2019s refund policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">You shall not pursue legal, financial, or personal claims against donors, AssistMyHome, or its officers based on your expectations of donation amounts or usage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At AssistMyHome, all donations are considered <strong>final and non-refundable<\/strong>. However, we recognize that in limited circumstances, an individual may believe a donation was made in error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund requests may be considered <strong>on a case-by-case basis<\/strong> under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">The request is submitted <strong>within 3 days<\/strong> of the original donation date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The donation was made <strong>directly through AssistMyHome\u2019s official website or approved fundraising platform<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The donated funds have <strong>not yet been allocated, disbursed, or committed<\/strong> to a beneficiary or project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Processing fees (such as credit card or platform fees) are typically <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> and will be reviewed in accordance with the payment provider\u2019s policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">A written request including your full name, donation amount, date, and reason must be sent to: <strong>finance@assistmyhome.org<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All refund requests will be <strong>evaluated based on internal policies and documentation available at the time of review<\/strong>. AssistMyHome reserves the right to approve or decline any request at its sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. No Employment or Entitlement Relationship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your application and participation do not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and AssistMyHome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You understand that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">No wages, salaries, or benefits will be paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">You are not entitled to any compensation from AssistMyHome beyond what is explicitly communicated in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Selection and participation are entirely discretionary and revocable at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Confidentiality and Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and all applicable privacy laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, you acknowledge that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Information shared for fundraising purposes becomes publicly viewable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">AssistMyHome is not responsible for third-party access, sharing, or misuse of publicly shared data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Withdrawal and Removal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may request withdrawal from the program at any time by notifying us in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AssistMyHome reserves the right to remove any beneficiary or deactivate any profile if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Fraud or misrepresentation is discovered;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The individual behaves inappropriately or disruptively;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Legal, ethical, or reputational concerns arise;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Funding needs are otherwise met or circumstances change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Removal is at our sole discretion and not subject to appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Selection and Committee Discretion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">All applications to AssistMyHome are reviewed and scored using an internal evaluation system (\u201cScorecard\u201d) developed by the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Final selection of beneficiaries to participate in AssistMyHome\u2019s charitable housing assistance campaigns will be made by the Review Committee based solely on this Scorecard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">By applying, you expressly agree that:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">The evaluation and selection process is confidential and discretionary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Decisions of the Committee are <strong>final, binding, and not subject to appeal, review, or challenge<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">You waive any right to dispute, question, or legally contest the outcome of the selection process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">AssistMyHome reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise the Scorecard or modify selection criteria at any time without notice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You expressly release and hold harmless AssistMyHome, its founders, board members, volunteers, staff, affiliates, agents, and representatives from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or costs arising out of or related to your application, participation, or profile being publicly featured;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Disappointment or failure to receive donations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Actions or inactions of third-party donors, service providers, or the general public.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In no event shall AssistMyHome\u2019s total liability exceed the amount of any funds disbursed to you, if any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>12. Indemnification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree to indemnify and defend AssistMyHome against any claims, lawsuits, losses, liabilities, or costs (including attorneys\u2019 fees) arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">False or misleading information provided by you;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Breach of these Terms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Any legal dispute related to your conduct or participation in the platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>13. Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AssistMyHome may amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and become effective upon posting. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>15. Entire Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any signed consent forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and AssistMyHome. They supersede any prior understandings, verbal or written.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2705 Acknowledgement and Acceptance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By checking the box and submitting your application or consent form, you affirm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI have read, understood, and agree to the above Terms and Conditions, and I had the opportunity to ask for help or translation if needed.
